Cancel any time
You can cancel your PrepFive subscription at any time from your account login. No need to contact support — the option is available directly in your account settings.
What happens when you cancel
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to your plan’s features until that date. Once the period ends, your account moves to the free plan.
Unused time
We do not issue refunds or credits for unused time within a billing period. For information about our refund position, see the Refund Policy.
